As I researched on internet, course duration of Masters in Data Science is around 10-12 months for most of the universities in Canada.
So , shall I be eligible for 3 years work permit after my 10-12 months course degree?
Also, which one is more better, Masters in Data Science or Masters in Computer Science in Canada ?

Your post-study work permit will be equal to your course duration. If your program is more than 8 months but less than 2 years, then your work permit will be valid for up to the same length as your study program. So, for you, it will be 10-12 months and not 3 years.
