Hello everyone! I’m an international student and I’ll be joining ASU this fall. I have a few questions and would really appreciate some help.
I’ll be living off-campus and I’m trying to figure out if Tempe is a safe place to live. Are there any areas I should avoid?
I got the maximum NAMU scholarship and I also applied for the general Fulton scholarship. Does anyone know how much money people usually get from it and when I’ll find out if I received anything?

South of ASU can be a bit sketchy; leave anything outside, and it’s as good as gone. However, I’ve jogged pretty extensively around the campus area without spotting anything too alarming. West Mesa, though, is certainly not the best spot.
