I have made a hard decision to get back and get a civil engineering degree! I have completed all my core prerequisites needed and many of the intro to civil engineering courses. However I stopped at the level 2000 courses due to financial difficulties and the need to work full time to help support my family. However, these past months I have decided to get back and hopefully get my civil engineering degree since I always wanted that from the start.
My main concern is, will I struggle now due to the fact yes I have received credit for calculus 1 to 3, but I left college life for 3 years and now honestly I really forgot everything. Yes maybe taking a couple months of studying over the concept I will surely understand it, but I really don’t have the time and especially the money to spend months trying to learn something again. I love Civil engineering, I love building and learning about what I love, but will having forgotten most of the math set me far behind? Will I struggle and waste more time and money??
I am asking for help and advice from my fellow students and teachers.

I am mostly sure that you might have to retake the courses again from start, but, it’s actually better to set up a call or write a mail to advisors and talk to them. They have more knowledge and clarity, and they will help you out if you explain the situation to them.
